All of our guests raved about the food, set up, ambience and service. Thank you for all that you did to make sure the event went smoothly. It was everything we imagined and more.
We can’t say enough for all you did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. The Mansion was the perfect setting for our wedding and we will remember this day for a long time.
To the staff at Renaissance: your help and enthusiasm will always be remembered. You were an incredible help to us and we can’t thank you enough. The team handled every last minute change especially the “surprise marching band” idea. What a perfect place!

I’d like to thank you and your staff for the excellent services and care you provided to our NACP Team offsite meetings this week in the Mansion.
I want to commend the staff at the Renaissance Westchester for supervising staff, conference rooms set up to ordering extra product, to displaying our food and beverage so tastefully. Every staff member with whom we came in contact was attentive, kind and enthusiastic, including Bruce, our Banquet Manager, Mardo our Banquet Captain, Jon our A/V leader, Obie the AV commander in chief to all your servers.
The catering was excellent, the sound system worked perfectly, the special lighting was attractive but not overdone in the conference room and the servers were polite and helpful.
We received many compliments after the event and I know that PepsiCo will certainly be back soon with numerous events at your venue.

To the GM: I am writing to you to let you know how thrilled we were with our bnai mitzvah which took place in the Mansion last Saturday afternoon. Your entire staff mad the day completely wonderful for us – there was no detail left to chance and the event was executed flawlessly.
Our experience is owed in part to your event manager who worked very closely with us during the planning phase. Her advice and guidance was invaluable.
In my professional life I was formally employed by a 4-star hotel and am currently involved in planning large events for an international law firm. The event manager and staff were responsive, flexible, enthusiastic and patient throughout the planning and, completely available and hands-on the day of our party. Finally, I can’t tell you how many of my guests told me how wonderful the food was. Although I was too busy enjoying myself to enjoy the food, the guests were very impressed.
It will be my pleasure to recommend the Renaissance to my friends and colleagues and I hope to another event real soon.
